Passed away peacefully in Greymouth, surrounded by her loving family on March 19, 2026, aged 79.

loved and cherished mother and mother-in-law of Graeme, Tina & Bill, Steven & Diane, and Larna & Jase,
loved and respected step-mother and mother-in-law of Deryk & Ange, Craig, and the late Jason,
treasured nana and great nana of Renee & Regan, Blakely, Vallie Rae, Sian,
Zar, Summer, Reuben & Greer, Billy & Brydie, Levi & Macey, Zep, Jason,
Damien, Kaedyn, Tyler, and Brooklyn,
loved daughter of the late Roy & Gwen Washer,

loved sister-in-law of Antonio (deceased) & Janice Pizzato, and Rod & the late Madeline Buchanan,

 A Service to celebrate Raelene’s life will be held in the
William Sampson Memorial Chapel, Tainui Street,
on Monday 23rd of March at 11am,
followed by cremation here on the Coast
at the Westland Crematorium.
