Passed away peacefully after a long illness at Granger House on July 1, 2026, in her 97th year.

A Service to celebrate Ede’s life will be held in the
William Sampson Memorial Chapel, Tainui Street on Monday at 11am,
followed by cremation here on the Coast at the Westland Crematorium.
