Passed away surrounded by family at Te Nikau Grey Hospital on October 13, 2023. aged 75.

A Service to celebrate Alan’s life will be held in the William Sampson Memorial Chapel, Tainui Street, on Thursday at 2pm,
followed by cremation here on the coast at the Westland Crematorium.
Hi Julie Kelvin Kim and Kerrie. My name is Bev Boucher Barbara’s sister from Nelson. Sad to hear of Alan’s passing He was a gentleman we had a lot of fun when Barbara was around. He was amazing with Barb her Alan as she called him. Visited him when ever we went to Greymouth also rang him a couple of times but never liked to talk on the phone. He had lots of attention from Molly. From our family to you we wish you all the best. Thinking of you at Alan’s service tomorrow. Sorry we are unable to attend.
