Passed away after a short illness surrounded by her family and friends in Christchurch Hospital on August 17, 2025, aged 73.
Dearly loved wife of John, cherished mother and mother in-law of Grant & Georgina, and Donna & Boyd,
adored nana of Te Aroha, Tahlia, and Tanaya, “Great Nana Kaffa” of Mila, Indie, Kal-El, and Kai,
loved daughter of the late Henry & Kathleen Foster, beloved sister and sister in-law of Jimmy & May,

A Service to celebrate Kathleen’s life will be held in the William Sampson Memorial Chapel,
Tainui Street on Saturday the 23rd August at 1pm. Kathleen will then be laid to rest at the Ahaura Cemetery.
