Passed away at Dixon House, surrounded by her loving family on October 5, 2026, aged 90.
Dearly loved wife for 69 years of Bob, deeply loved Mum and mother-in-law of Garry & Lynn, Sharon & Glen, and Graeme,
treasured ‘Nana Jan’ of Aimee, Rebekah & Julian, and Ryan & Rose; Breanna, and Maddison,
loved Great Nana of Clare, Elena, Alex, Ethan, Kip, and Cooky,
loved daughter of the late Herbert & Ine Leach, loved sister and sister-in-law of the late Des & Kath,
loved sister-in-law of Kevin & the late Marilyn, Kath & Graham Luxon, and Allan & Lynette,
a much loved aunty, cousin and a friend of many.

A Funeral Service to celebrate Jan’s life will be held in the William Sampson Memorial Chapel, Tainui Street,
on Thursday the 8th of October at 1pm followed by burial at the Memorial Park Cemetery, Gladstone.

Jan wished for her farewell to be a colourful occasion and for people to be brightly dressed.
