Passed away peacefully at Dixon House, on August 7, 2023, aged 95.
Dearly loved wife of the late James, cherished mum and mother-in-law of Geoffrey & Karen, and Andrew,
loved sister and sister-in-law of the late Netta Dunn, and John & Lyla Dunn, loved sister-in-law of the late Norma & Peter Hunter,
a loved aunty, cousin and a friend of many.

A Funeral Service for Shirley will be held in St Patrick’s Catholic Church, High Street on Saturday at 11am.
Shirley will be be laid to rest with James at the Karoro Lawn Cemetery.
I first met Shirley when she was working at Greymouth Motors with my sisters. We always enjoyed a chat and catchup whenever we saw one another. Her friendly, gentle presence will be sadly missed by all those who knew her. Deepest sympathy to her family.
