Passed away peacefully in her sleep at Granger House on September 2, 2026, in her 85th year.
Beloved wife of the late Peter, much loved Mum of Linda Worthington,
David & Diane, Ian & Susan, and Joanne & Dave Moen,
loved nana of Jess, Matthew, Emily, Grant, Megan, Andrew, Alex, Josh, and Tyler,
great nana of Erakka, Olivia, and Max, and Nana Kath to the Kenure family.
Thanks to the staff of Granger House for your care of Mum over the last three years,
and to Chris for always being there for Mum.
A family service has been held and Kathleen has been
laid to rest with Peter at the Karoro Lawn Cemetery.
Softly within the shadows, there came a gentle call, with farewells left unspoken, you quietly left us all.
Thinking of you all – have such lovely memories of Kathleen, growing up living across the road in Cobden, she was always there with a smile and the house was always full of noise and family. great memories
