Passed away peacefully at Allen Bryant Rest Home, Hokitika with loving family by her side
on September 21, 2025, in her 97th year.
Dearly loved wife of the late Thomas,
deeply loved mum and mother-in-law of Malcolm & Julie, Charles (deceased) & Cecil, Ian (deceased) & Sue,
Trevor & Lavinia, Keith & Lisa, and the late Harris,
cherished Nana of Kylie; Sarah, Bridget, Lisa, James, and Rory; Jeffrey, and Daniel;
Michael, Suliana, and Telesia; Bethney, and April, and Great Nana of 11,
a loved member of the Stephen and Teasdale families, and a treasured friend of many.

A Funeral Service to celebrate Joy’s life will be held in the William Sampson Memorial Chapel, Tainui St,
on Wednesday the 24th September 2025 at 2pm
followed by cremation here on the Coast at the Westland Crematorium.
