Passed away peacefully at home in Ikamatua, on November 8, 2022, aged 68.
Loved partner of Rob Smart, much loved mother of Contessa, Bronson, Tamati, and Zarn,
adored Nanny of Caleb, Georgia, and Shyla,
and much loved friend of many.
As per Patricia’s wishes a private family gathering has been held
followed by cremation here on the Coast at the Westland Crematorium.
Beautiful lady now at rest. I miss u old friend. Rest easy Pat. Trisha, Heidi. Many names, same lovely girl.
